Why InsideOut Renovations
Before starting InsideOut Renovations, founder Lauren Winstead taught graphic design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Invited by contractor and house flipper friends to use her design expertise to shop for materials with them, Lauren’s help was so valuable that they started paying her for design services.
After several years of doing design full time and forming productive relationships, Lauren decided that she could help more people get the best materials and the best deals.
She and her son Sean, who has a mechanical engineering degree, a background in business operations, and experience working with general contractors, founded InsideOut Renovations in 2022.
Together, they are able to provide the ultimate one-stop-shop customer experience for home renovations, offering a huge selection with in-house designers, and ongoing support through the end of your project.
